The OB ProMatch website is currently an informative showcase site that does not offer any paid services or online product sales. No commercial transactions are carried out directly via the Site. Consequently, the standard provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) – such as ordering, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal or refund policy – do not apply to this Site for the time being. In other words, no sales contract has been concluded between OBHS Consult SRL and the user by the mere fact of browsing the Site or consulting its content.

All information presented on OB ProMatch (including descriptions of potential services or offers from OBHS Consult SRL) is for information purposes only. They do not constitute a firm commercial offer or a contractual commitment on the part of OBHS Consult. If you are interested in OBHS Consult SRL’s services, we invite you to contact us directly (by the means indicated on the Site) to find out about any conditions, to obtain a personalized
commercial proposal or to conclude an off-line contract. Where applicable, any contractual relationship or provision of services will be the subject of a separate agreement negotiated between OBHS Consult SRL and the customer, and subject to specific contractual conditions.

No GTC applicable online

As no sales are made on this Site, there are no general terms and conditions of sale detailing delivery, warranty or other clauses. In particular, OBHS Consult SRL has not set up an online payment process, does not require any deposit via the Site, and therefore has no return or refund policy applicable to an online transaction on OB ProMatch (since no purchase can be made there at this stage). Users of the Site do not incur any costs simply by consulting the Site, and no payment can or must be made on the Site.

Future developments

If in the future OBHS Consult SRL were to offer paid services or products directly via the OB ProMatch platform, the complete and adapted General Terms and Conditions of Sale would then be published on the Site prior to any transaction. These GCS would specify all applicable contractual terms and conditions, in accordance with current regulations, including consumer rights where applicable. For example, OBHS Consult SRL would comply with legal obligations relating to distance selling and consumer protection, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumer customers (barring legal exceptions) and all required pre-contractual information (service characteristics, price including VAT, payment terms, etc.), in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law. In the meantime, we remind you that any possible commercial interaction with OBHS Consult SRL outside the Site (for example, signing a service contract following contact) will be governed by the terms agreed between the parties and by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory legal rights.

In short, no online sales are currently being made via OB ProMatch. The main purpose of the Site is to present the activities and services of OBHS Consult SRL and to facilitate contact.
