Terms of use

The obProMatch.com platform (hereinafter the “Site”) is operated by OBHS Consult SRL.
The present provisions also apply to access to the OB ProMatch platform via browser or mobile application, insofar as these refer to the present site and its functionalities. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept these terms of use without reservation. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site in good faith, solely for your own purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse or abuse of the Site is prohibited. In particular, you agree not to:

Use the Site for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in a manner contrary to these terms and conditions;
Infringe the rights and interests of OBHS Consult SRL or third parties (in particular intellectual property or data protection);
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s systems or to introduce viruses, malware or any other malicious code intended to damage or intercept communications;
In general, disrupt the normal operation of the Site or harm other users.

Intellectual property

The Site and all its content (text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, videos, etc.) are the exclusive property of OBHS Consult SRL or its partners. This content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or reuse of the content of the Site, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of OBHS Consult SRL is strictly prohibited. Use of the Site does not grant you any intellectual property rights over its content. You may download or print extracts from the Site for strictly private and non-commercial use; any other use is subject to the prior consent of OBHS Consult SRL.

Limitation of liability

OBHS Consult SRL endeavors to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or relevance of such information.
This information is provided for general information purposes only. Your use of the Site and its contents is at your own risk. OBHS Consult SRL shall not be held liable:

Direct or indirect damage of any kind resulting from access to or use of the Site (for example, financial loss, loss of data, material or immaterial damage, etc.);
A malfunction or temporary unavailability of the Site, particularly in the event of technical maintenance or a problem beyond its control;
The presence of viruses or harmful elements on the Site, despite the security measures in place;
The content of third-party sites to which the Site may refer via hypertext links.

OBHS Consult SRL has no control over these third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.

Modifications to the Site and conditions

OBHS Consult SRL reserves the right to modify, update or suspend the Site (in whole or in part) at any time, without notice. OBHS Consult SRL may also modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. It is your responsibility to consult the terms of use regularly for any changes. By continuing to use the Site after changes have been published, you accept the new conditions. OBHS Consult SRL may, if necessary, restrict or withdraw your access to the Site in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by Belgian law. In the event of any dispute relating to the use of the Site, we encourage you to contact us in order to find an amicable solution. Failing this, any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French-speaking courts of the Brussels district, subject to any mandatory legal provision granting jurisdiction to another jurisdiction (particularly in consumer matters).
